MonitorMyBaby uses well known established couriers and Royal Mail for all our orders and we can deliver orders to the majority of destinations, excluding Australia and America. International orders are usually shipped by Air for fast delivery.

Next Day Delivery is available for all orders placed before 3pm (excluding Bank Holidays), the charge will be added to your final total.

The courier service is Signed for yet they can leave your parcel with a neighbour if you give these specific instructions when you place your order, again a signature will be required. Please Note: If you do not want your parcel left with any neighbours you must specify those instructions on you order.

MonitorMyBaby.co.uk pay the courier for 2 delivery attempts, this means if you are not available the first time the delivery driver will make a further attempt either that day or perhaps the following day. You will be left a card advising you the driver was unable to effect delivery and giving you a telephone number to call to arrange the second delivery or personal collection from the local depot. Please remember to take identification for the collection from the courier depot.

UK Mainland Standard Delivery Charges
All orders under £75 have a delivery charge of £5.95

Any order over £75 with a UK mainland address (excluding the Scottish Highlands) automatically qualifies for free standard delivery. We endeavour to get your orders to you as quickly as possible and you will be notified by email when they are dispatched. Any address that requires an ‘over water’ delivery will incur additional delivery charges. An estimate for shipping can be found when placing your order, simply click on ‘shipping and tax estimate’ and enter your country, state and postcode.

Saturday Next Day Delivery is also available for all orders placed before 3pm, the charge will be added to your final total. Please note your order will be delivered between 7am and 6pm, this is NOT a timed delivery.
