Important Delivery Information
Ardega Ltd t/a Monitor My Baby orders will be delivered either by Royal Mail First Class, or by Courier signed for service. International Orders are generally shipped by Air for delivery in 2 to 5 days.

If you are trying to track your delivery with Fedex please go to; www.fedex.com/ukservices as www.fedex.com is the American website and will not recognise your tracking code.

Please note that as of September 2012 any parcels which are not Special Delivery and undeliverable to the chosen address, Royal Mail will leave the item with one of your neighbours wherever possible and will leave a card through your door letting customers know where your parcel is, this is out of Monitor My Baby's control and cannot be held responsible for any loss.

When Will My Delivery Arrive?
When placing your order please note for UK Mainland Deliveries MonitorMyBaby pay for an Express Courier service or First Class Post. The courier service works as follows (excluding Bank Holidays):

The courier service is Signed for yet they can leave your parcel with a neighbour if you give these specific instructions when you place your order, again a signature will be required. Please Note: If you do not want your parcel left with any neighbours you must specify those instructions on you order.  

Ardega Ltd t/a MonitorMyBaby.co.uk pay the courier for 2 delivery attempts, this means if you are not available the first time the delivery driver will make a further attempt either that day or perhaps the following day. You will be left a card advising you the driver was unable to effect delivery and giving you a telephone number to call to arrange the second delivery or personal collection from the local depot. Please remember to take identification for the collection from the courier depot.

Delivery Charges & Free Delivery
We pay for all deliveries and offer Free Delivery where the order value is above £75. This applies to UK mainland only and excludes all addresses “Over Water”. Please see delivery tariff for offshore and International addresses.  Or for a specific quote contact us at shipping@MonitorMyBaby.co.uk 

UK Mainland Standard Delivery Charges
Free Delivery on orders over £75 or £5.95 for other values

Timed Deliveries (all order values)
£9.95 - Delivery before 12.00 noon Next Working Day
£9.95 - Delivery after 12.00 noon Next Working Day
£18.95 -  Delivery before 12.00 noon Saturday (order by 3pm Friday)

Important Notice: These are standard charges for all orders and may not represent the charges we incur for shipping the product. Where an item is returned for refund we will deduct the actual cost if greater than above.
 
Failed Delivery and Delivery and Collection Charges
Following the 2nd unsuccessful delivery attempt and customer failure to collect from the courier depot, the courier will return the product to our warehouse at an additional cost and we will pass this £9.50 charge to you, this also applies to free delivery orders. If you require a third delivery there will be a 3rd delivery charge of £5.95.

It is important therefore that you take steps to accept either of the first 2 deliveries because re-delivering returned parcels will cost £15.45 (£9.50 for return to warehouse plus £5.95)

Where the courier is required to collect a product from your home and return to our warehouse the cost will be £14.95.

Offshore Deliveries
We are happy to ship to other locations such as Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles, and Isle of Man. Approximate delivery costs are offered at the checkout (typically £19.95) but the actual cost will be confirmed once we have obtained quotations for your specific requirements.
