Breast feeding is the recommended way to feed your baby providing them with all the nutrition that they need. Breast feeding helps create a strong bond between mother and child but there are some disadvantages. Breast pumps allow milk to be expressed and refrigerated. Expressing milk allow Dad to be involved in the feeding process, helping him form a bond with his child too. Expressing also allows Mum a chance to rest whilst still giving her best to her child.
