I sit here and think to myself, what can I write on the blog today..? and random thinks pop to mind, I mean I can tell you about new and exclusive monitors or deals we have lined up, or some information on a particuar baby monitor. However i have recently done some different things which important to keep life interesting! so I shall share it with you.
Sunday 10th June for example, I started the day at a Chilli Farm, dont know why but there you go, I am currently growing a “Twilight Chilli” at home so I guess inspired by this off we went (I had also eaten a very hot chilli chocolate which my friend had gaven me, OUCH), my brother has told me the Twilights start off purple and go all sorts of fantastic colours, look forward to seeing that!
That afternoon we head off to a raft race, which was not all that interesting but it was something to do and I had an amazing burger which was very rewarding as the weather was not much to get excited about. In the late afternoon me and my friends wonder…what next… “hey why dont we go hovercrafting” I heard, now I do like to try new things but this was a little crazy, so we headed off to our nearest air field where there is a fairly large hovercraft track. £5.00 for a lap or £15 for 5 laps…its a no brainer really.
I watched my friends fly around a field and getting stuck on every possible corner, getting as fast as they could on the straights and going crazy on the last few laps. But when it came to my turn I was actually quite scared, the instructor said “you have to lean the way you turn and no mater what you do, do not take your hand off the accelerator” (which is a brake leaver..how weird) and I was of course the only person to get completely stuck in some very long grass where I had over lost total control, but with my other half to the rescue dashing across the field and pulling me out…it was so funny.
To end this exciting day why not stop off at KFC and get some chicken
This i think is very important in life, to try and explore new things.
