Can I return my monitor?

You can return your monitor within seven working days for a full refund if you are not completely happy with it. This is in accordance with the UK legislation on Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

If your baby monitor develops a fault within 28 days we will immediately replace it. If the baby monitor develops a fault after 28 days, and within the warranty period (all monitors have at least 1 years warranty), we will arrange for to be replaced. Please fill out a returns form and we will contact you with return details.
