Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! All orders over £60 will be delivered free - the next day! *

This includes single items over £60 or multiple items from either Monitor My Baby or Feed My Baby that add up to over £60.

Items between £10 and £60 have a fixed delivery price of £4.99. Light items under £10 have a £2 delivery cost.

Do you offer further discounts?

Yes! Even though our prices are already heavily discounted. We offer discounts on certain multiple buys.

For example, you may be interested in one of our sensor/digital/temperature baby monitor combination bundles for the ultimate combination of audio clarity, temperature warning and movement detection. You will also receive free delivery!

When will the goods be delivered?

All goods are sent with Next Day Delivery. If we receive your order before 1:00pm then it will be sent the same day to arrive by 5.00pm the next day. If the order is received after 1:00pm then it will be dispatched the next day for delivery by 5:00pm the following day.

All goods are sent via Royal Mail Special delivery or Initial City Link.

NB. Excludes Bank Holidays and Saturday/Sunday delivery.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. All goods are sent via Royal Mail Special delivery or Initial City Link.

If you contact us we will give you your tracking number and you can use it at www.royalmail.com or www.city-link.co.uk to track your delivery.

NB as all deliveries are Next Day - it is very unlikely you will ever need to track the parcel!
